I'm a born and raised Pittsburgher. This wonderful cookbook was handed down to me by my mother. I have the first and third editions also. Wonderful meals your family will enjoy.

I own all three "Three Rivers Cookbooks" and I have never experienced anything but excellent food. The cookbook lets you know the difficulty level of the recipe and the preparation time. There is a cornacopia of ethnic recipes. . . this is a must for anyone who enjoys cooking!
