For years, students and readers asked Jane Citron to publish a book of her recipes. But it wasn't until the last few years of her life that she finally collected her favorites recipes together. Although she never saw this book completed, Jane's voice is prevalent throughout, and her former fans and everyone who lives and loves to cook will feel right at home in these pages.
Proceeds from the sales of Living to Cook will be donated to the Jane and Carl Citron Endowed Chair in Colon Cancer at the University of Pittsburgh and the UPMC Cancer Center Patient Assistance Fund.
